Outsourcing things like: the tasks of creating profiles, doing the bookmarking or submissions is that most services will (check of course) not only submit your site to a large number of bookmarking sites, but will also ping the newly created profile/bookmark/submission.
A really great outsourcing service, where you can find virtual assistants is oDesk.
If you are doing it yourself then make sure you ping all the major services so that you increase the chances and speed with which your new link is indexed, and therefore actually counted.
The best way to ping your new URL web address is to go to Pingler and simply add your URL. They work, and the process is far from complicated.
Seven Step Process of Successful Outsourcing
To identify and hire the best, you will need to go through a process:

Blog commenting is an effective way to generate traffic to your site, but most blogs will not allow “Do Follow” backlinks. It can be time consuming, commenting on many blogs, but it is a good way to make a contact with the website owner (webmaster), plus it will give you the recognition, by being visible.
Prepare a general statement like: ‘Thanks for sharing … I agree that ……you make a good point about …
Skim the post and insert a relevant statement into your missing sentence (eg. Thanks for sharing your thoughts on Old Missile Silos, I agree that they should be torn down!)
Provide high quality comments
Very powerful, if done correctly. Here is the secret souse. Find high ranking forums in your niche, create a good quality profile and a signature, but do not place any live links, yet. Make few comments in the forum. Come back few days later and see if your comments are still there, then create live backlinks in your signature to your site or other web property, you care about. Few days later, try placing a live backlink in your new comment and if this stays untouched, you know you have a great forum to keep creating backlinks with subsequent comments (2-3/week). Use Gravatar.com (go to the website for instructions) for your thumbnail, so your image will appear automatically, next to your comment. Set email alert (if available) when someone responds to your comment.
In the “Bonus Section” I will be discussing advanced techniques about getting high PR forums the easy way for obtaining backlinks.
RSS or Really Simple Syndication is an integral part of the world wide web, so if you are not taking the advantage of it, then you are leaving money on the table. The best thing is that the process of creating and submitting a feed is really quite straight forward.
Create a feed using great services from Feedburner.com or Feedage.com, then submit new URL (RSS Feed address) to the various RSS Directories online. You should be able to get approx 200 – 300 submissions, including Podcasts. Subscribe individually from your blog, chat forum, podcasts. In Feedage.com, Use “Create RSS Feed from any website” to create RSS links for each category, then from “My Feeds” submit it to be live; now submit it to other directories
If you don’t own NicheBot or Market Samurai yet or not even download the Free 12 day trial? Download it now and take advantage of this! I can’t think of a better tool than for a crucial data analysis, If however you did use up your free trial and you still refuse to buy the software, then all is not lost there is an alternative!
Create Podcast-plugin PodPress (creates podcast RSS data from the post), PodBean, Feedburner
– Create RSS feed

– Submit RSS feed to other services
